Dear Developers, This review is not directed at you or the support team. I am using this channel to highlight an outdated process. To obtain a simple bank statement, I had to submit an application, passport photos, a selfie, and wait an entire week, forcing me to postpone important matters. In many banks, this takes 15 seconds through the app with an official electronic document. The issue is not with people, but with the process. Please improve it. Thank you

who updates a banking app on a Tuesday at 4:30pm? think about that. I want to spend money. gee guess I can't because the bank wants to update on a Tuesday at 4:30pm. how and why.

Working fine usually, but there are some cons and bugs on Huawei P10 Lite (Android 8.0): 3 times asks to get access to Phone on app load (it has this access though), constantly sends notifications about uninteresting things, but doesn't notify about important ones, e.g. new money transfer to my Bakai account.
