Ratings and reviews

The app is very nice and allows for easy QR code payment. The problem I've run into is initial funding and subsequent top up. The banks don't seem to be very familiar with how to do this. I visited 3 different banks in Phnom Penh until success. Then I spent 45 minutes in one bank in Siem Reap and was required to pay a fee (albeit small). All this hassle and confusion despite Bakong Tourist signs in their lobbies and stickers on the cashier windows.

This app is amazing! I love traveling to Cambodia and have always had issues with card payment and getting cash from an atm. The app is not perfect and definitely has its bugs, but I am very happy that it was released to help visitors to the country. When you have issues with the app try closing it or giving it a minute or so. I found this solved 90% of my problems with the app.

app keeps bugging out on registration step. when putting in email it just keeps saying "error - something went wrong". ...ok, so i cant even use the app from step 1.
