Chinese cuisine is a healthy cuisine, with vegetables served almost raw to keep their properties unaltered, with the meat cut into small bites to digest it easily, with the fish caught and served. In Chinese culture the kitchen becomes the "laboratory" of the alchemist, or rather the place where above all health, soul and happiness is preserved
Eating Japanese is a cultural experience that allows us to "savor" the Buddhist religious and philosophical conception from which this cuisine draws its fundamental principles. Kotuki gives you the chance to immerse yourself in this oriental atmosphere, where food, art and philosophy meet in a magical setting.
Kotuki, fusion restaurant, is located a few hundred meters from the historic center of Monterotondo, in via San Martino 104. North of Rome, a stone's throw from the municipalities of Mentana, Capena, Passo Corese, Montelibretti, Fiano Romano, Settebagni, Tor Lupara and Palombara Sabina.
The building that houses the restaurant is an eighteenth-century farmhouse set on a hill overlooking the Tiber valley, offering an enchanting view of the lower Sabina. Outside, the first reference to the oriental atmospheres: a small lake and a red wooden bridge that can be crossed to enter the restaurant. Inside, the space is organized in rooms of different sizes furnished in Japanese and Chinese styles. The division is obtained through the traditional squared dividers, in wood and rice paper. Much attention is paid to accessories and tooling, porcelain and white ceramic tableware, served on bamboo mats. A cozy place suitable for families but also for couples looking for magical atmospheres as for gourmets in search of new flavors. Outside the restaurant there is ample parking.
