I already make account in Althea in long time ago. I remember in this early year but I forgot when. After I register I can't use Althea because I am from Indonesia. Please hurry up to fixed Althea Indonesia's platform so Indonesia customers can shopping again. I was wait for long. I very like shopping in Althea even I never use my application because I always use my friend application. But after shopping three times I make my own account. I have been using Althea for purchasing K-beauty products and it hasn't failed me on that respect. What I found that is a little weird is that I can't seem to make a review on the products I'd like to share my experiences with. I feel this part of the app is important so I can tell fellow members what I think about a particular item, especially for ones that arent worth much on. I hope this gets fixed.
I love all the products that althea offer. I know that in indonesia has change the custom systems so its so difficult to reach us. I want to ask when i can order again from althea indonesia?? Oh and every time i order through apps i never receive any point (the apps show that i have 0 point) and cannot place a review to the products that i bought (apps always close/freeze everytime i want to submit the review). When i tried to see althea point's regulation from the web site i cannot access it because of my provider (tsel).
Althea used to be my favorite way to purchase Korean products, because it's cheaper than the retail price. I don't know why there are a lot of people complaining about the delivery. I have ordered the products 3 times, and they delivered quite fast (approx. 1 or 2 weeks). The only issue I have is the sold out boxes keep on showing, and it kills me since I can't buy them. I don't know what happened with ID custom, but I am pretty sad to not be able to order from Althea at the moment.
:( my order just got cancelled after I fully paid it yesterday. I paid a big amount only to know that my order is cancelled. Please fix this althea. Are you saying that after i pay those products you will cancel it? How about my money? Where did it go?-_- can you fix it
My first order not yet arrive until now ☹. Definately i will not buy again from althea. when i send email to althea customer service, and asked for their help to track my package, they only tell me that my order still in delivery process. And the customer care also said, if i'm asking/follow up again about the package, they will not replied to my email until they get further information. They supposed to be help tracking my package, because the position of the package still in their territory, in the status is still in rincos centre. It been almost 2.5 months and the package still not arrived. It' my worst online shopping experience
