Ratings and reviews

Most of the stores or restaurants does not recognize Busan pay when you trying to use it. Also even at the store that was on the list the staff there does not know what is Busan pay as well which makes using it impossible. Also the design was contradictory to the norm, user is asked to scan store QR code , and because the staff does not recognize Busan pay they either hid the store qr code or don't know they need to show the code to user in order for user to pay. It should have given User qrcode

There is no Australia as an option on the English version? So I can't log in. I could on the Korean version, but not the English? Now I can't log back into the Korean version and can't access the money I had on my account. Edit. South Africa and New Zealand are also not available. Disappointing considering how many foreign teachers are employed from these countries. Especially considering how many smaller nations with lower representation in working or travelling to Korea are on the list.

the app is terrible and takes 1 min to load when you open. sometimes it crashes and you have to use the emergency gate. so its impossible to get out of the metro easily. beware the only useful thing is the metro pass. do not load any additional money nobody accepts the money and can't be used on buses either.
