1. Service precautions
▶ Available devices are 1 terminal per person policy.
- When the service is canceled, you must re-subscribe, and to check the terminal information even when changing the mobile phone in use
The re-registration process is in progress.
- To use services such as login or remittance through fingerprint recognition, fingerprint registration is supported.
Available only on terminals. (For devices that do not recognize fingerprints, use a simple password)
▶ The service hours are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and there may be restrictions on the service hours depending on the type of business and the contents of the service. The service hours are announced in the Sangsang Bank notice.
▶ Sangsang Mobile Bankbook (required account) that can be opened non-face-to-face is limited to one per person, and the customer can directly determine the area and safe to use.
▶ The limit of easy remittance is up to 5 million won per day and 2 million won per time, respectively.
▶ The limit of easy withdrawal is 500,000 won per day and 1 time, respectively.

We will guide you through the access rights used by the app as follows.
* (Required) Access to photos, media, and files on the device: Run mobile vaccine and use authorized certificates in storage
* (Required) Installed apps on the device: Used to detect malware in mobile antivirus
* (Optional) Photos and videos: Used for non-face-to-face authentication (ID verification), mobile payment
* (Optional) Location information: Used to find a branch based on my location
* (Optional) Contact information: Mobile phone number used for remittance
* (Optional) Phone and phone number: Used to detect abnormal transactions
※The access rights of the MG Sangsang Bank app are implemented as essential access rights in response to Android OS 6.0 or higher.
If you are using an OS version less than 6.0, you cannot selectively grant permission, so it is recommended to upgrade the operating system.
Also, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access rights agreed to in the existing app do not change, so in order to reset the access rights, you must delete and reinstall the app to set the access rights normally.
