Optional Access Permissions

Whistle selectively requests only the permissions necessary to provide the service.

You can still use the app even if you do not agree to the optional permissions.

Notifications: Provides key notifications such as enforcement alerts, inspection schedules, and reservation information

Location: Provides parking radar and information on nearby parking lots, inspection stations, and car washes

Contacts: Used when gifting vouchers

Camera: Used for registering profile photos and sending license plate recognition messages

Photos and Videos: Used for registering profile and post images

Notes on Use

Fines for illegal parking are imposed regardless of whether you receive notifications from Whistle.

The parking radar is based on collected and provided information and may not provide real-time notifications for all enforcement situations.

Notifications may not be provided for certain immediate enforcement zones, such as mobile CCTVs, on-site enforcement, and child protection zones. Notifications may be restricted if repeated illegal parking is detected.

Notifications may be delayed or not sent due to network failures or other issues.

Checks for parking fines may be available after a certain period has passed since the date of the violation.

Only the vehicle owner can check violation/unpaid fines and unpaid Hi-Pass tolls.

Checking for speeding fines requires simplified authentication or registration of a joint certificate.

■ 알림 서비스를 정비했어요.
꼭 필요한 알림에 더 집중할 수 있도록 과태료 정기 알림과 하이패스 통행료 미납 알림 서비스를 정리했어요. 주정차 단속 음성 알림은 지원 지역 중 원하는 곳을 최대 3곳까지 선택해 받아보실 수 있도록 정비했습니다.

이 외에도 더 나은 사용 경험을 위해 소소한 기능을 개선하고 버그를 수정했어요.
