About this app

Sellmate is an integrated order inventory management solution that includes order collection, CS integrated work and history management, and efficient logistics functions. Some functions of Cellmate can be performed easily and quickly through the APP.

The Cellmate app is divided into a Lite version that allows you to use simple shipping and warehousing functions for free, and a Pro version armed with more powerful features.

The Pro version is free to use until the beta period. Thank you for your interest.

[How to use APP]
Shipment and release: Scan the barcode of the issued invoice → scan the barcode of the product
Inventory Search: Scan product barcodes
Receipt/Receipt: Scan product barcodes → Receipt/Receipt as much as scanned quantity

* Even if you do not have a Bluetooth barcode scanner, it provides a scanning function through a mobile camera, so you can use it anywhere easily.

1. Order automatic interlocking
Orders from various vendors are automatically collected and delivered to Sellmate, and the information about delivery is automatically sent to each vendor.

2. One-click invoice printing
Automatically classify orders that can be shipped and those that cannot be delivered, and print invoices with one click.

3. Easy supply source (purchase) order creation
Orders Calculate the quantity required for ordering based on the collected data, and provide information on ordering requirements by supplier quickly and easily.

4. CS integrated work and history management
- You can check the delivery status of orders scattered across multiple vendors at once on Sellmate, and you can flexibly respond to CS situations such as cancellation, change, exchange, and return before delivery.
- You can increase customer satisfaction by specifying automatic message delivery templates according to various situations or by enabling easy and fast message delivery.

5. Barcode automatic generation and output
- When a product is registered in Cellmate, a barcode number is immediately assigned. It is also possible to print barcodes containing the company's shopping mall logo, product name, option name, etc.
- You can perform various functions such as warehousing, shipping, and inventory investigation using barcode numbers.

6. Efficient logistics capabilities
We provide an optimal logistics management system such as product location management and total picking.

7. Provision of various statistical data
We provide various statistical data for each product, vendor, and period required for operation and management.
