This App provides citizen and residents in the State of Kuwait a digital ID which could be used for the following purposes and more:
- Portable mobile based Civil ID
- Authentication to government and non-government eServices
- Digital Signature of electronic documents and transactions

technical issue the application is not working as when I click on it it close or crash and it give me a message with no service available. I try to reinstall it and it's the same issue. I have the latest Android device with the latest updates. also I tried to send my problem through the website also it's not applicable over the website. so please can somebody help?

my friend has a notification issue with mobile id (authentication) he didn't receive any notification. when trying to update his banking profile like civil id update he didn't receive any authentication massage on his mobile id . can anyone know about this issue and how it is solved. please help it out. @kuwaitmobileid

I am using Honor mobile,Magic 8 Pro,and when clicking to continue during facial recognition authentication in lastest app version 2.2.0, the app crash, please fix it ASAP. thank you.
