Altyn-i has no branches, all services are available online 24/7.

To become an Altyn-i client, you need to do only 4 steps:
1. Install the Altyn-i mobile application;
2. Enter the mobile phone number and code received by SMS;
3. Fill in the personal data, check the information and agree on the conditions of service;
4. Scan your ID and go through biometric verification.

This bank is one to avoid at all costs,do not put your money in this bank.they have held my money hostage for over two months over a expired bank card and after fighting daily still no closer to getting access to my money.if you are not in country and have to the bank app which is how it is set up the app is flawed,won't load documents or conduct video chats on Android devices so you can not use it.they also advertise communications through whatsapp which is a complete joke.stay away.

My advice is "stay away from this internet bank and its application." It is simply too slow and too customer unfriendly. Their IT team does the application for themselves without any regard for customer convenience. For example, it can demand to change the password in the most inconvenient situation without an option of doing later. Another example is it does not show transactions as they occur, doing it only several days or weeks after. In my opinion, the best internet bank is kaspi in KZ.

I'm not able to withdraw money from deposits, when all the requirements filed the Next button doesn't show up. Being abroad without access to funds just kills me, I don't understand why this update wasn't tested before going live. Codes sent by push notifications are not auto filled. To see the code I need to quit money transfer window, but it's not possible to get back to it. I'm unable to transfer money. I would put 0 stars if could.
