hi beeline is great but i dont like that i have to pay to transfer gb to my siblings after i already transferred twice and the app stops working every once a while meaning if my sibling was going somewhere and needed to buy something in the road she had to take my phone and i heard from the reviews that beeline does not support English now im from kazakhstan but I understand the feeling of having to translate stuff for me which that are spanish or french

App is not much useful. Mostly just for checking balance. Cannot raise a service request or a grievance. Beeline service is also poor. It took almost a month for them to transfer my wifi connection. There is no place where we can log complaints for delay in services. Update: the internet is not connected yet. The online chat and phone helpline, I have tried many times, they just give a random answer and do not solve the problem.

I have just discovered an unpleasant defect - the option that allowed to convert minutes into data is gone, it's not available any more. I normally tapped Data and easily converted minutes into data, but now the app gives the only option to get additional data and that is by replenishing my balance. Only one star shall go to the app for me since it's a significant defect in my opinion. And one more thing - there's no way to contact the provider from the app in order to address some faults.
