why does it force foreign users that had previously had passed through all the process of verification to go to travel to the country again just to use the app? this is highly inconvenient and incorrect. Is there a way to use the old app or transfer to this new app without having to travel to the country just to use and have access to your money?

Bonus system is broken and the chat helper blamed that on me. I selected the bonuses for April when the app told me to select them, but somehow that data was not saved at the backend. Two weeks later I discovered that I was not receiving bonuses, thus I contacted call center to resolve the issue. Long story short, I solved the problem by going to the office ten days later. Now almost a month of my bonuses are gone and call center refuses to replenish them. Btw, I almost had the same issue in May

You can't download a receipt for your payment. There is no way to screen it, share it, or download it. I've got to change banks now. Just because of freaking receipts. New app costs you a client with +5K$ movement per month. upd.: As of September 18th, 2025, there is no function to download or screenshot receipts. If a function exists - just tell me where to tap to find it and I'll change the review.
