Available for forigners with a residential permit only. But there is no public info about it, you'll get it only from the support chat after failng to issue a card. UPD, after answer of authors. If the Company apply such constraint you HAVE TO ask about a residential permit before proceeding ID and taking biometric photos. So, I decreased the rate to 1.

Upd. Alright, seems the login issues are finally resolved as well as incorrect balance between beeline app and this one. I have to reinstall the app after every update. Yet, I constantly see the error messages: "connection reset", "что-то пошло не так".

Well, to be honest this is the SIMPLY clever app, easy to use, fast - operating, and very quick support service and beautiful design. Simply got my respect! Thanks for the clever job guys, Simply has potential and big future.
