Nairobi City County (eJijiPay) is an application designed for citizens of the capital city of Kenya, Nairobi to facilitate easy payment of City County bills and expenses including:
- Land Rates
- Rent Payment
- Construction Permits
- Single Business Permits
- Advertisements and more
Nairobi County citizens can simply use the application to manage their bills from the comfort of their home, school or office with a series of simple steps.

You first sign up and create your eJijiPay Wallet. Your eJijiPay Wallet will be a virtual 'wallet' that you will be using to pay your County Bills with.
You then credit your wallet with funds from Your VISA Card, MasterCard, MPESA, Airtel Money or Orange Money through the web portal and you are good to go.
Land Rates and Single Business Permits are currently supported with the rest of the payment modules coming up in future updates.
