Doesn't work on 4.3+ w/ LT 2013 This app does not function as described in the documentation on version 4.3+ of Android. When I try to open the options menu on the ticket information screen I get nothing. This means I can't start a timer, reassign a ticket, or do anything meaningful whatsoever. This app is basically worthless until this functionality is restored. Also tried on 2.3 and 2.2, still broken. Please fix ASAP or we may have to investigate other options for our RMM system.
Barely useful Useful to get basic online/offline status and basic machine info. Lab VNC doesn't work for me but the option is there. Can run scripts and simple searches. Most of what makes LabTech great is omitted from the moile version though. Would be nice to see ScreenConnect integration and/or RDP.
Unfortunately the app is fairly useless. Many functions haven't worked in a couple years. You can't filter tickets,You can't even Open tickets in the New queue! LabTech seems to have no will to update it. Its really sad considering this is a commercial product we all pay for!
Cannot run scripts This is still an existing issues from the last version. You cannot run or schedule a script from the app. Wiped data and killed app. Otherwise good update.
Useless App This app has become useless on a Droid. It's very slow, opens multiple times, constantly refreshing databases, can't connect remotely to machines. Used to be a decent product that would save time.
This app needs a serious refresh. Last updated in 2012? Why aren't you smashing the other RMM companies with useful perks? Claiming you have an app isn't the same as having something useful. You're owned by ConnectWise and you own ScreenConnect... How about some integration on the mobile side so we can work in a pinch? Right now Continuum is beating a lot of the RMMs in the mobile department. Catch up - PLEASE!!! (How 'bout releasing it with the LT Desktop client GUI refresh your sales rep keeps telling me about ;))
