Ratings and reviews

The old app wasn't great, and this one is even worse honestly. Visually, it's more appealing, but they took a bunch of information off the app, so links just take you to a website. Additionally, the old app at least notified me when their was live coverage. I haven't been notified once and I can't even find a notifications option. As others have stated, the video controls don't work half of the time and the Chromecast oftentimes falls out of sync with the tv. Very disappointed.

App not available on our smart TV (WRC+ was); poor on mobile. As there's no smart TV app yet we tried to cancel via the website - didn't work. Had to contact customer services to cancel it for us. However they stopped access immediately - so we've lost out on the remainder of the paid month. They kept saying "change password" - not the issue as can still login okay! No satisfactory reply since. This 1 star review is both for the app and the overall service we have experienced. Caveat emptor!

The application logged me out at random intervals, anywhere from as short as a few minutes to a few days, even once while in the middle of watching a stream. The last straw was when it logged me out without notice, which meant the race-time reminder wasn't sent, and I missed a race entirely. I regret having paid for a subscription through a broken app.
