App totally useless. Number of the machine to choose does not show on the app, credit card payment impossible (continuous error), QR code label missing on the machines. Do not download app!!... Only serves to loose time! Even "Delete account" option does not work! Garbage! Not only that I discovered a few days latter that the company charged my credit card for the 5 attempts to use the app! And 1 month latter they still have not returned the money! DO NOT USE! You know the centre from my e-mail of 10Jan and another from 20 of Jan that you have stopped replying to. Estremoz. Still missing my money!

It's fast and easy to use which is a big plus, but it's not fair that users don't get the same discount as card holders. I have a card, and decided to switch to the app because that way I don't have extra cash just waiting on the card until the next time I have to use the service. Also, calculating just how much to put on the card for a laundry day is a headache in and of itself. But had I known I would loose the 1€ discount that card holders have, I never would've switched.

Hi Leilani, we are pleased that your user experience is being good. Regarding discounts, it is always our recommendation to the different store managers, however this is a completely autonomous decision. What we can assure you is that several of our laundries have this discount price paying with the app.

I tried to use app for payment. It doesnt work. Wrote email to support, no one responded. Support in App doesn't work. Very very bad experience. 7€ stolen. Two weeks my negative review is here and nobody respond to it or contacted me. That's the service of half star.
