[Pietro Story]
Pietro opened in 1980 in Tenjin, Fukuoka City as a "spaghetti specialty store". With the concept that "what goes well with freshly cooked rice goes well with freshly boiled spaghetti," spaghetti combined with Japanese ingredients such as cod roe and takana, which was still rare at the time, gradually became a hot topic, celebrating the first anniversary of the opening. By the time we arrived, it became a store where you could line up. In addition, the original dressing with a Japanese taste, which was used for the salad served while waiting for the spaghetti to boil, gradually became popular due to word of mouth, and it was expanded nationwide, mainly in Kyushu.
