I really like this app. I love the information provided. I am feeling great and confident. I do wish there would be more detailed options for food tracking, as well as the ability to connect to Samsung smart watch for activity tracking. Also there was a search button in the explore section that you could put in key words and read articles based on what your key word was but that search button seems to have disappeared. Would love to have that back to make it easier to find information.

This needs work. I need to be able to add a snack and dinner at different times and it's hard to do that. Also the reminders are not consistent. Start and stop fasting should be bold. They are small fonts and they are east to miss. There should be a start and stop fasting button and when I log a snack it doesnt track it and when I logged two meals it only tracked one. Before you ask for people to pay for a subscription please perfect the app. Otherwise I'm going with a different fasting app.

I love this app. Its really motivated me. And it's very informative. It has many nice features. And it's easy to navigate. The "me" fast chart is a little confusing, either I haven't figured out, or it's off..but theres so much more to this app than that. The stages info, the tracker, the articles, it counts your time for you! I'm scared to buy it because of other users reviews, problems with cancelling and reaching customer service, so I use the free version only. But I really enjoy the app.
