This app has made me not only more mindful with food, but also other aspects of my life. I'm so happy I decided to download this, and in my opinion the paid version is well worth it. You have to dig around to find the good stuff premium offers, but its great. It gives you metrics for everything you've ever inputted. One thing I don't like is that when I finish a fast, and completed my 16 hour fast goal, the app always says "almost there." Like what? I reached my goal, what do you mean "almost"?

I really enjoyed using this app. The little daily challenges and articles that only take a minute to read. Seeing the progress bar every time you open the app saying how long you have left in your eating window, how much of your fast remains, or how long until fat burning is super motivating. The app constantly checks in which is great for folks who don't have a support system or accountability partner in your journey. I would recommend this app to anyone interested in intermittent fasting.

The app is easy to use, but I have a few issues. 1. All the mini tutorials automatically advance. I wish they were swipe through so you could read at your own pace. Sometimes they go too slow, and sometimes I can't finish reading it before it moves on. 2. I want to be able to see and edit what I've drunk and eaten. I don't have my phone on my person 24/7, so sometimes I forget if I've logged something, or I've entered something at a wrong time, so it screws up the fasting time.
