Keeping my review to the app itself - the user interface is not all that intuitive. Example: logging food and drink are on two separate sections of the screen (?), And those two sections are different to the journal section - huh?!? Once you get used to it, it's solid, that said it's 4 stars as relatively simple changes would yield big benefits.

This app has a unique approach that focuses on mindful eating rather than calorie counting. Years of calorie counting has not worked for me, so I'm hoping this mindful approach will. The fasting timer is well designed, and the app is easy to use. My only complaint is they used to have a hunger tracker to help you track both physical and emotional hunger (and learn the difference!), but they've removed it. That feature was the entire reason I came back to this app, so that's disappointing.

Super frustrating trying to read the slides. Great information but there is always one or two that I can't read fast enough to actually get through. Then I have to watch the whole thing again just to read the one slide. Adding a pause button so they can be read would be helpful. Or maybe just letting the reader decide when to go to the next slide. Timed slides are super frustrating. Other than that I like the app but this one might make me uninstall just to keep the calm. Fix that, five stars.
