Ratings and reviews

Used to be a positive experience but since they changed the back-end bank nothing works easily. If you've set up things with Plaid as the connection service it doesn't quite work right since you can't change your ACH information separately in Plaid. Getting PayPal to reconnect has been difficult as well-- even after completing the verification, transfers fail. I'm looking for another bank that I can trust to not make me jump through these hoops.

I've used this account for a few months and up to this point, I've had no complaints. I've been super happy with the account. I even upgraded to the premium account that's $35/ month. And then, I had an issue with an online order I placed. Between the merchant and dealing with Lili's nonexistent customer service, I have no clue what's going on with money that should have been in my account. Some banking services are instant. Nothing is instant or even fast with Lili. Look elsewhere.

Ran into so many issues with depositing checks. They were rejecting them and not telling me why. After many calls and emails the only response I would get is "unable to give more information" I ended up opening account at different bank and depositing those same checks with zero issues. What's the point of having an account where I can't deposit money. **UPDATE** it's been almost a month and Lili has yet to contact me and put in any effort to correct the situation. Do not download this app.
