Submitted a withdrawal request all the way back in January and it's still NOT been honored. They used to fulfill the requests, but are not doing so anymore. The mining portion is constantly being down as unavailable, get this fixed so that it can be reliable and fulfill withdrawal requests like you used to. I hate that I subscribed for the cloud.boost and then your system is constantly not working!

Withdrawals get stuck in confirmed status forever. Only the first 4-6 payments will go through, to get you to invest more. After that, they get stuck in limbo, after 4 days you reconfirm the transaction and nothing happens. The exception to this is the CT Pool app. Those payments are completed right away. Very frustrating to say the least. Don't waste your money here!
