Very disappointing experience. I waited several days for my order to be delivered, and after keeping me waiting the entire time, the app cancelled my order on the scheduled delivery date without any proper explanation. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. Poor order management and unreliable service. I hope they improve their delivery process and customer communication in the future.

I've specially come back to write this review. The app keeps sending notifications about grocery offers on items like atta, dal, and rice, but if I tap on them, it says, "We could not find the grocery section." I have reinstalled the app several times, but the grocery option never appears. In a previous order, the delivered items didn't match the images, so I'd to return them. Since then, it seems my access to the grocery section may have been restricted. If this is the reason, its not fair.

I have faced this issue multiple times. When I place an order with multiple items and choose cash on delivery, only a few items get delivered. For the remaining items, the delivery person says they are out of stock. If the items are not in stock, then why are they shown as available on the app and why is the order accepted in the first place? This has happened again with my recent order. Please improve your inventory management and customer service.
