I'm extremely disappointed with the Citymart app's delivery service. I placed an order on July 9th, and it's still pending with no clear information on when I'll receive it. Every time I check the app, the delivery time gets extended without any updates or notifications. The lack of transparency and communication is frustrating. As a customer, I expect to be kept informed about the status of my order, but Citymart seems to be in no hurry to deliver....

Pathetic service. I placed order, paid online & they said order was confirmed & they'll deliver in 2 days. On day of delivery they cancelled the order without any notification or call. When I opened the app to check for delivery I saw that it was cancelled without any explanation. Never using this app again.

1. your delivery packaging is poor. you dump all the groceries and toiletries even phenyl in one bag ( katta ). 2. The waiting time is too long, you deliver the order after four days. This is two major issues, kindly work on it otherwise you lose your customers. Today there are so many applications available in the market they deliver the order within 10 minutes. so work on these above mentioned issues. Thanks
