Very poor experience. I ordered 51 items, but several extra items were delivered that I hadn't ordered, and a few products arrived damaged. I requested refunds for both the incorrect and damaged items, but the issue has still not been resolved. Three of my refund requests were cancelled with the reason "not refundable," even though the products were either wrongly delivered or damaged. I received a refund for one item, but for another, I was told a pickup would be arranged before processing the

Very disappointing app. At the time of placing the order, everything shows as available. But when it's time for delivery, only 2–3 items are delivered and the rest are cancelled, saying the products are unavailable. If the products aren't actually available, then don't confirm the order in the first place. Customers rely on your confirmation and expect to receive everything they ordered. Delivering only a few items and cancelling the rest every time is frustrating. Please fix your inventory.

I don't have any much problem with this app .this is very convenient and budget friendly app that provides several groceries n other items at lowest prices . but the only reason I'm dissappointed nowadays is due to its delivery date. back then they used to deliver items in just 1-2 days but now they take 1 week and from last 2 orders they're extending the date from the expected date. I'm too much disappointed.
