⭐ Absolutely pathetic service! My grocery order has been delayed for 4 days, and there is still no proper update or resolution. The customer support is equally disappointing—completely unhelpful and unable to resolve a simple issue. This is a grocery app, and delaying an order for 4 days is absolutely unacceptable. Worst experience ever. I would definitely not recommend this app to anyone.

They deserve 0 stars. They accept orders, keep extending the delivery date repeatedly, and then cancel the order at the last moment, claiming there was a technical issue and they couldn't deliver it. If you can't fulfill orders, why promote your app at all? This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. Very disappointing.

Very disappointing app. At the time of placing the order, everything shows as available. But when it's time for delivery, only 2–3 items are delivered and the rest are cancelled, saying the products are unavailable. If the products aren't actually available, then don't confirm the order in the first place. Customers rely on your confirmation and expect to receive everything they ordered. Delivering only a few items and cancelling the rest every time is frustrating. Please fix your inventory.
