Ratings and reviews

Too many forced full-screen video ads ruin the entire experience. Once an ad starts, you cannot go back and are forced to watch 15–30 seconds every time. It feels like a cheap game, not a grocery app. Showing ads is fine, but not in this aggressive way. I placed one order and am uninstalling the app now. Very disappointing.

Initially, they were showing the delivery date as November 26, 2025, but then they extended it to November 27th. After that, I tried to contact their customer care, but I was unable to reach them. Subsequently, my order was also cancelled And when I ordered next time, product were damaged/defective, and then I applied for a return, but the return was also rejected.

Most of the items are not available, very limited items to shop from. Additionally the pricing is not attractive when compared to other Ecom platforms which when combined with poor app experience and limited options makes the app poor choice for any consumers.
