Very poor experience. I ordered 51 items, but several extra items were delivered that I hadn't ordered, and a few products arrived damaged. I requested refunds for both the incorrect and damaged items, but the issue has still not been resolved. Three of my refund requests were cancelled with the reason "not refundable," even though the products were either wrongly delivered or damaged. I received a refund for one item, but for another, I was told a pickup would be arranged before processing the

Recently ordered from the app and there is absolutely no update on when my order will be delivered, where it has reached or anything. The number given by them for help is of no use as it is switched off, absolute zero customer support. Honestly its better not order from this app, makes you wait for 3-5 days and even then doesn't make it clear if your order will be delivered or is cancelled.

Very poor service...... products are not delivered on time. My recent order was delayed by 4 days and is still not delivered. The customer care is useless and give numbers of local store people who never pick up calls. For your order, only you have to follow up with local store people and with customer care. If you want peace of mind, please don't order from this app ever.
