Very bad experience, Everytime i order groceries it shows atleast one week for delivery & then Citymall itself cancels the order one day before the commited delivery day.😮‍💨 After that, when chat with customer support they don't resolve the problem & keep saying sorry for the inconvenience. I have deleted the app just now after facing this issue thrice.

This application don't deserve even single star. Very poor quality of product. Very poor services. I never recommend to to anyone because I faced lots of issue with city mall. I ordered few items but not delivered in timely manner. customer always like to buy product if their services are good. Its avery worst app. Please go through another good application to save your time and money as well.

worst shopping app., useless customer support service, they always shows delay in delievery on app and never delievers and then after some time they cancelled the order , looks they don't even have proper channel or distribution points just online presence, always marked the tickets as solved by themselves without any solution. Complete wastage of time..
