Very bad experience with the City Mall app. I placed an order but it was taking too long to deliver, so I cancelled it. After some time the app showed that the refund was completed, but I never received the money in my bank account. I checked my statement and waited more than 10 days, still nothing. When I tried to contact customer care, there is no proper option to call them only chat support. In chat they just say “refund completed” and close the conversation without solving the problem.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on your platform. My orders were confirmed, and the payment was held, yet both times you cancelled the items at the last moment. I placed the same order twice, and both times the exact issue occurred. This is unacceptable. If the order was already confirmed, there should be no cancellation from your side without a valid reason. Blocking my money for several days and cancelling without explanation is highly unprofessional.

The worst customer service experience I have faced ... Their delivery boy never picks up your call once you try to connect with the help option you will connect with automation they will provide you the contact number of your nearby office location, when you try to call there they are also not picking up any calls ..and fun fact there is no option available for call with customer service.
