I had a very bad experience with the app. i place order thinking that it will be delivered instantly(as promoted) but to my surprise after the order was placed, the time of fulfillment was almost 10 days. So, I waited for the order for the day of delivery but on the day of delivery the delivery partner's phone is switched off I tried multiple times to connect but didn't connected, I haven't received order yet. I contacted CC they said I will get it by evening 9 still not received, worst exp ever

The service has become very poor now. CityMall is taking too long to deliver. It has been 7 days, but my order has still not been delivered. When the app first launched, delivery used to happen within 1 day, but now even after 8 days it’s not happening. Other apps are much better as they provide same-day delivery. If you want customers to keep using your app, you need to offer same-day or next-day delivery services.

i did not want to give this app one star because of my latest experience I am Extremely disappointed with my recent order from City Mall. Half of the items were missing from the package. When I contacted customer service to resolve this, they were dismissive and accused me of lying, claiming the full order was sent. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I expect an immediate refund or the delivery of my missing items."
