I have tried ordering from this app multiple times, and each time I either received the wrong item or some items were missing. I even ordered chips worth ₹30 but received a ₹10 packet instead. I would not recommend this app, as it only shows ads claiming 'cheap and best,' but fails to deliver on that promise.

I've had a terrible experience with the City Mall. 1st, the delivery agent denied to deliver on my location. He said. that collect your item from 300 mrt from my location and advice me to you can order from blinkit. I immediately reached out to customer support, but getting help from them was impossible. They took days to respond and offered no real solution. Even worse, when I requested a refund for the undelivered order, I was asked to wait for multiple verifications but still not refunded.

Very pathetic service. they do not deliver item but mark it as delivered and then no one pick up the call. if you raise a ticket they will give someone contact number in the resolution and close the ticket. but that number will be either non reachable or no one will pick up your call.
