"This is a very useless shopping app. The first time I ordered products, I got very cheap items, like 1 kilo of sugar for ₹29, and many other items at very low prices. But when I ordered for the second time, I had a very bad experience. I ordered a pack of 4 boxes of Shoes rack, but one box was missing. This is the worst experience I've had with any app till date. "I think that you will take action after reading my comment."

I'm extremely disappointed with the Citymall application. My order was cancelled by the delivery partner without any prior notice or explanation. This is unacceptable, especially since I had paid for the order in advance. To make matters worse, I've tried contacting Citymall's customer support, but they seem unresponsive and unhelpful. I've seen similar complaints from other users, which suggests that this is a recurring issue with the platform.

I used to love the CityMall app for its unbeatable prices and free delivery, but unfortunately, they have stopped delivering groceries to my location without any prior notice. I reached out to their support team multiple times via email, but they haven't responded. A great platform is useless if it fails to serve its loyal customers. I hope they improve their service and expand delivery locations.
