Hi CityMall, for the last couple of days I am experiencing a strange problem in your app.... whenever I open the app and try to order any grocery, it displays the message "Sorry, we couldn't find any products." with an empty cart 🛒 icon. I uninstalled almost 10 times and then reinstalled it again. But every time the problem is same. For the last 2-3 years and it is my favourite app because it delivered the groceries at the best price in time. Please work on this.

FRAUDULENT OFFERS & WORST EXPERIENCE. Every single 'offer' item is an illusion designed to bait users. Orders are either immediately canceled post-placement or, shockingly, marked as DELIVERED when they never arrived. This isn't just poor service; it's a completely unreliable and misleading business practice. They waste your time and lie about delivery status. Avoid at all costs.

very bad experience. they don't deliver product on time. and there call center no. is always busy and not responding our issue. if they have any problem in delivering our product then why they make such app. I think they want to make people fool. Plzz don't waste customer time and have some civics sense that how to talk to customer and how will you deliver product on time, otherwise close your app.
