This app has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Orders are not delivered. You will often get a message saying you were not available at the location to pick up the order which is false. It constantly fails to deliver all the items. There is no customer service number to lodge a complaint. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving these issues. This lack of responsiveness and poor service is unacceptable for any business. I strongly recommend looking for alternativ

I don't want to give any rating because this app do not deserve a single star as I faced a problem with shoe rack. I ordered a shoe rack with 4 layer but they delivered with 3 layer only with incomplete sticks also. If I raise a return request# 13626500 then it gets auto cancelled stating that the customer have cancelled the order and when I went for to follow up, there was no action because my return request was cancelled by the City mall app on the same day when it was last day as per 7 day.
