I recently placed an order through the City Mall app, and to my surprise, a key item was missing when the delivery arrived. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, but I’m getting nowhere. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay full price for an incomplete order. If you value your money and your time, I’d suggest shopping elsewhere until they fix their fulfillment process.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience on your platform. My orders were confirmed, and the payment was held, yet both times you cancelled the items at the last moment. I placed the same order twice, and both times the exact issue occurred. This is unacceptable. If the order was already confirmed, there should be no cancellation from your side without a valid reason. Blocking my money for several days and cancelling without explanation is highly unprofessional.

I ordered 2 packs of Citymall Atta, but the quality I received was very poor. The atta looked like it was mixed with rice and was not suitable for regular use. I requested a return due to the bad quality, but my return request was not accepted. This was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying Citymall brand products based on this issue.
