Fraud app. It never delivered my order. It kept postponing and postponing. I couldn't even cancel. But after about 10 days, they gave the option of returning or still delivering (after who knows how many days). And they made it seem like I canceled the order. Total fraud app.

Pathetic service when it comes to return or change the items. No call centre number you can contact. Further the ticket raised through app is kept open for days. No solution even then. Your return request is closed without intimating or clarification given to you. A big thumbs down. How can they compete with other established players when they are not paying heed to customer at initial stages. Certain to be doomed.

It was a very bad experience, the very first order arrived with the wrong items, the count was filled with cheap items instead of more costly household items. If you are genuine then you should at least check before packing the order, but if you show things cheap on the site/app and then you are sending things which are lower in cost and receive the full amount then it means that you are cheating everyone. Ordered 1st time but with this experience probably won't order again in future.
