I've spent a lot of money through this app. I've gotten a lot of great cards too. But the moment I have had a problem there is no customer support. I never received cards and just got the run around from Fanatics. Told me to take it up with the breakers, they said to take it up with Fanatics and round and round it went. Then it was blamed on the post office. Unfortunately, I'm out money, but these breakers have a stranglehold on product.

Had a difficult time navigating the coupons from both Fantics and seller, lost out on that and support would not help as well to retro enable/refund. As a new buyer to this, I found it clunky and not as intuitive as others. I will likely stay with Whatnot amd Ebay live, but it's probably new enough they will figure it out from feedback at some point. whatnot support is amazing and fast response. Never a disappointment, my $$ feels safer using their platform.

Crashing very frequently just going between shows. When it works is fine but it's becoming more unstable with updates 4/26 congrats it doesn't crash all the time, now it just sputters through streams. I've missed multiple packs and cards in breaks bc the android app freezes for a couple of seconds every minute or two. Great work
