I downloaded the app because a Facebook ad said "free for 24hrs," but nothing was free. red flag! I watched the rest of the video and ended up subscribing for a week just to see whether there were other stories I liked. The ones I saw so far weren't horrible, the AI ones were well done, but all the stories just build and end abruptly, and a new video starts. There aren't any credits or a link to part 2 or even a notice to when part 2 would be released.

False advertising! I saw a snippet of a series while scrolling another app, and it advertised all videos free for 24 hours. I downloaded the app, watched a handful of episodes, only to hit a paywall. I looked through every control, went back to the ad and the Play store. I found nothing to activate the advertised free 24 hour viewing. NOT COOL ShortMax!!

They won't cancel my service!! Like an idiot, I got hooked by one of their adds and opted to pay for a week to watch the show I wanted. The issue is they have figured out how to bypass Google play and charge you directly. In doing so, you can't cancel the subscription unless they do it. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for 3 WEEKS NOW and it's yet to be canceled. TOTAL SCAM Update: Several emails sent. Its been 8 weeks now. Still no cancel. Blocked on my card so they can't charge me
