GETTING STARTED

To begin Amãna Bank Mobile Banking simply download the app to your phone and you can login using your existing Internet Banking user name and password. If you do not have a login user name, you can self-register for eBanking services by downloading the mobile app.

Ratings and reviews

While this version LOOKS nice, it's not as functional as the old app. CONS 1. Hard to find beneficiary 2. Small max character limit for narrations (limit not even indicated). Paying fees or bills is difficult as you don't have space to identify sender and purpose. 3. You can use 1 device for only 1 account. Other devices need to be purchased if you have multiple accounts. 4. Transfer review page shows account # but not names, defeating the whole point of the page. Not happy at all.

This app is extremely horrible. I haven't been able to make a transfer nor a bill payment via this app. Quite disappointed. Edit: It's 2023 November and still as horrible as ever. I cannot even access my account. I get blocked even if I enter the right credentials. If I try to change the password, it doesn't allow. When i request the username, still it says "invalid credentials". I'm so done banking with Amana now.

This is the worst banking app I've ever used. One issue after the other. It's quite the challenge when you have to do any transactions. But getting into the app is always a nightmare as it says invalid credentials. The app is no different to how the bank operates. This is the only option we have not to go for interest but if this is how the bank and their applications work I second gess.
