Ratings and reviews

The HelaGO feature in the Helakuru Super App works well and the concept is good. However, pricing during busy hours is a serious concern. Many drivers charge almost double compared to Uber or PickMe, and passengers have no choice since other apps are usually unavailable at those times. While I understand the business model, most taxi users are not wealthy, and this pricing feels unfair. I hope the HelaGO team will consider the passenger’s side and introduce better fare control.

Oh my gosh this is the best app. I accidently uninstalled ut and thought nah its fine. But doubt came later. Unfamiliar keyboards with boring black colour. I am so happy that I installed it back. As a 6 grader, it is good for translations, news and reminders. I am using un payed version but its still good. Here comes the 5 stars. I paid 999 for the pro for the whole year..but it doesn't show in the Helakuru app..and on top of that, they also charged another 99 for a month..I told your support team but they didn't do anything..I'm deleting the app.What a mess..
