As a businessmen, we have to do transactions on the go. This app is not the one for it. This gets stuck with OTP's . When we call they say to enter it manually. Which is very inconvenient. Even after we do it doesn't work. So much calls to the call center after 10- 15 minutes waiting then on call for another 15 minutes. Total still 30 minutes on call. Still not getting the matter sorted. This app was good not good anymore. I've transfered my money to my other banks until this is sorted.

Very disappointing experience. I am currently overseas and cannot activate the app because it requires visiting a branch or calling from a registered mobile number. I no longer use that number, and there is no proper alternative verification method for customers living abroad. Online transfers are also limited to LKR 100,000, which is very inconvenient. This makes it extremely difficult to manage my account from overseas.

I'm unable to open the App and getting error "Invalid Device! App not allowed in rooted devices" since last few weeks. I uninstalled and re-installed the app several times, but didn't work. I'm using some of other banks' apps and those are working fine.
