Finding it easy to stick to at the moment and not as pushy or annoying as some of the other workout apps out there. Already feeling the exercise. Had a problem and accidentally clicked on a rest day which has now counted and can't be deleted so when I do have that rest day, the app will think I haven't done the exercise for the day and I'll loose my streak which is a shame. Maybe add something so you can remove a single recorded exercise.

The best weight loss app I've tried ever. It gives you small exercises that are effective and good for your body. Normally im used to creating my own meal ideas and logging them onto myfitnesspal and its really hard and takes me a lot of time to come up with low calorie recipes but this app tells you what to eat. It even gives you a shopping list so that you aren't missing anything and its just absolutely amazing

I love this app! I've restarted it again to lose more weight, if you stick with it and follow the woman it's phenomenal! Love how she guides you through it, the narrator voice is extremely helpful!! Highly recommend this app!! Just saying it would be even better to mix up the exercises a bit and introduce some new ones as it can get repetitive and boring :)
