I don't understand why the app needs to make it so hard for me to send messages. It used to work great, now it is harder to physically see the previous messages so I make sure I am not sending the same image 3 times in a row, because it wants me to change recipient, and it won't let me click things when a waterfall of hearts comes through

I'm able to send lovely things to my girlfriend everyday. She says seeing it spin makes her happy and that's all I need (Referring to the box). The app needs some work though. Is somewhat frustrating and limiting almost. Needs a smooth navigation system and a better editing design. I do like that I'm able to send a message at a certain time and that there are templates to use which are often really cute. Great product, great idea, I just hope it gets even better.

Really disappointing how pretty much everything is behind a paywall now. Honestly, I would say pathetic! I got mine for my mom years ago and it had a lot of options, but literally one Christmas option available to me for free now (even though the love box itself cost like $120+).. it was a cute idea but no longer worth it AT ALL. Anything worthwhile you have to pay extra for, all the basics are so boring.
