An app with full of bugs. This is supposed to be an app with highest security as it features points redemption and e-Wallet. Unfortunately this app failed to the max as the default language is set to Vietnamese with no clear guidance on how to switch to English (Account > App Setting > Select UK flag), submitted passport details via e-KYC and Account Details but can't be verified at all! Sent email but to no avail! Hope this review can highlight to the management to take immediate action!

Doesnt accept the OTP when I enter it correctly. Double types every letter when I try to enter my information. Weird and glitchy. I've had trouble with their website too so I think their IT isnt very good. I have no problem with other airlines.

Skyjoy rewards are pathetic and this app is so unreliable. It does not show all flights or bookings, account information, or allow me to update any info. Connectivity seems flakey, and even when I am physically in front of VietJet staff, in Vietnam, they struggle to help. Hate to say, but this rewards service is not worth the effort.
