Was trying to join the membership but can't receive OTP ( for Singapore mobile number) despite many tries on different dates. Until now I've been flying with Vietjet for at least two round trips and still going but unable to achieve its membership till todate. Disappointed 😞

An app with full of bugs. This is supposed to be an app with highest security as it features points redemption and e-Wallet. Unfortunately this app failed to the max as the default language is set to Vietnamese with no clear guidance on how to switch to English (Account > App Setting > Select UK flag), submitted passport details via e-KYC and Account Details but can't be verified at all! Sent email but to no avail! Hope this review can highlight to the management to take immediate action!

Doesnt accept the OTP when I enter it correctly. Double types every letter when I try to enter my information. Weird and glitchy. I've had trouble with their website too so I think their IT isnt very good. I have no problem with other airlines.
