I opened a support ticket over a month ago and they still have not given me access to my money. They are slow to reply, offer no timeframe, and give me no assurance my LSK will be returned to me. I have waited for over a month. a76003ba. I will update my review if my problem is ever resolved. Update: FreeWallet did send me my funds. It took a few months. I am grateful, and I sympathize with them being busy, but also acknowledge it took a pretty long time. I think they'd do well to hire more support staff, but overall the team is willing to help.
I want to make a payment out of the wallet but they are doing maintenance?!?!? What's that all about?!?!? Every time the price goes up we can't do any trades??! It's the same for the nem wallet! Honestly i'm fed up of all this nonsense! I would like to make trades. Very frustrating!!!
This is my very first use of this app and my withdrawal is blocked. On asking the Support Service I receive......"Were currently performing technical maintenance on LSK Freewallet app to provide you with a better user experience. Please note that LSK withdrawals are delayed. We don't have the exact time when it's over. But there is a notification in the app. Wel'l remove it when maintenance is over!" I have alot of payments and withdrawals in this currency. I need to use the wallet on a daily basis. Unfortunately I have had to use a different wallet which is having no such issues. It is also unfortunate that this issue has arisen in my very first use of your wallet. It is not giving me a good impression of your wallet at all and it is clearly not suitable for everyday use. Please kindly fix this issue at your soonest so I can consider changing this wallet's bad rating and that I feel free to carry on using your wallet. It is imperative that this payment goes through asap for my business and my clients on my side......Update, January 22nd. Thank you for this update. I will change my review once it's put to rights.......Update 24th January I received an email on the 22nd promising that the issue would be resolved within the day. To date there has been no improvement.......Update 28th January. It is now over a week and there has been no resolution despite their promise. This is no way to run a business at all. All funds are kept in cold storage......Update 4th February. It now been over 2 weeks since I have tried to make this transaction. There has been no update from the support team or details of the measures being taken to resolve this issue within the shortest timeframe. This is an appalling customer service. Indeed they state that all Lisk payments are currently suspended. However there is no global notice to all Lisk Wallet Users of how or when this issue will be resolved. It appears that the 'team' does not care about it's future or that of its user base. Update 6th February ...2018. I would have expected you guys to come up with a solution these last few hours given the turnaround in the market.....Update 17th February......this has definitely gone on for too long. I have been waiting a month now for my money to be sent. By Lisks standards this is impossible. What is going on????!!!! It appears that there is something underhanded. Please give a precise and informative answer as to what the problem is and get this sorted today one way or another. You have funds in cold storage, it should be fairly easy for you to sort this out.
