Matuok.lt measures not only the speed of your current Internet connection (upload, download, delay, signal strength), but also many quality parameters (VoIP, web pages, connection transparency, DNS, ports).
After launching the application, several symbols immediately provide information about your Internet connection: mobile data or WLAN connection, background data transmission, IP address and location. The start button initiates the measurement. The speed test is complemented by QoS tests. QoS stands for Quality of Service. When all tests are completed, the results and other detailed information can be viewed in a summary.

The Matuok.lt mobile application of the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (RRT) includes:
- the ability to receive the results of individual tests and the ability to synchronize the results of different devices and display them in the browser (module - History);
- a map of all test results with filtering options according to measurement parameters, statistics, Internet providers and devices (module - Map view);
- statistics of the results of the five most recent tests with Internet providers and all used devices/browsers with filtering options by country, measurement parameters and measurement period (module – Statistics);
- quality parameters (for example, signal strength, connection to different ports, changes during data transfer, transfer time for the reference web page, etc.);
- traffic light evaluation of measurement results.
