The app is simple to use and thanks to kerala forest department for such digital initiative. User interface is smooth and there are many hidden features in the menu. I like the snake photos and answers by experts. Ensure you complete the registration process when u first use.

Application is free to use and user friendly , but when it comes to the service provided by them ,they ask high fee for catching the snake, which nearly cost my 3days salary for catching a snake. It would be really helpful if you have share the cost for rescuing snake and display charges on dashboard. Also requesting to share the bill/recipet after rescuing the snake *Not recommended to middle class/ and those are poor.

Team... Good work... Let me suggest one thing... In app dashboard, latest rescue updates are reflecting in reverse order. It will be more better to see the updates on top side. Now we have go down to see the latest rescues and updates. This is more difficult for end users. If you could enable sorting option, will be appreciated. Please take a look at this and make it more user friendly...
