The "E-Call" function allows users to contact the national 113 intervention center. The advantage of this is that the caller can be geolocated for the operator on 113.

Interesting idea, but needs improvement. The citizen cop feature seems promising, as many eyes see more than just a few. However it is not possible to attach a previously taken photo to a message, one can only take a single new shot. The message has to be entered on a single line of text.
